It depends on how dirty your carpets are. We like to visit your home or office before we start work so we can assess properly and give you an honest opinion. We like to be able to offer you the best advice and explain how the work will be carried out.

The products we use are multi-award winning leaders in their field. We don’t use a magic wand; however, we will do our utmost and are confident that if we can’t make them disappear, nobody can.

We are more than happy to move furniture; however, this needs to be discussed at the time of booking, as it will be at the operator’s discretion what they can move. We kindly ask you to remove ornaments, lamps, plants, and other breakable items before the operator’s arrival. All furniture will be returned to its original position immediately after cleaning, following the customer’s guidance.
